What is included with the site rental?

Can the Ceremony be held here as well?

Yes! Our ceremony package includes a half-hour ceremony overlooking our pond and willow trees. Guests will be provided with white chairs and beverages (ice & sparkling water)

How much does an average wedding cost at Windows on the Water?

Can I customize my package?

Yes, we have several options to choose from, including a selection of Add-ons and enhancements. Click the links below to view our wedding packages and enhancement options

 

 

How far in advance can I reserve my date?

As far as you’d like. If the date is available, then you can reserve it

How long do we have use of the site for?

Weddings are 5-6 Hours (depending if the ceremony is onsite) and special events are 4 hours, but we can customize the time to suit your needs

Payment

Do you offer payment options?

We accept cash, check or (credit cards for the initial deposit only)

How much is the deposit?

Deposits are 20% of the total and due at signing the contract

What is your payment and cancellation policy? Will my deposit be refunded?

Once booked, cancellation results in loss of deposit

When is the last possible date to make changes to our reservation?

We ask for your final guest count 7 days prior to your event

What are your in-house catering options?

We have a vast assortment of menus and cuisine to choose from or we can customize a package for you. To view our different options, please view our menus below:

Do you have a food and beverage minimum?

Our special event minimum is based on a 100 guests minimum

Can wine, beer or alcohol be provided through Frogbridge?

Unfortunately, Frogbridge does not provide the sale of any wine, beer or alcohol

If we can bring our own liquor onto the property, is there a corkage or service fee?

There is not a service fee, but we charge $200 per bartender

 

 

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes. We can also accommodate any allergy requests
